ASAFS Event Committee



The Event Committee shall consist of the Chair and Vice Chair and four (4) voting members. The Event Committee shall be responsible for selecting the location, to include negotiations with prospective meeting host providers and the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences, and preparing the program for each annual meeting. The Committee shall assist in the determination of fees to cover expenses for the meeting. The Committee shall have the authority to form any necessary subcommittees for the planning and execution of the annual meeting.
